Private Lessons
As a voice teacher, my aspiration is to encourage each student to discover and develop their unique instrument. I take pride in providing a solid, healthy, and sustainable technical foundation that allows each student to grow and express their voice to its fullest potential. I teach a variety of styles including classical techniques (such as opera and art song), musical theatre, and even jazz. I specialize in working with students aged 13 and up including teens, college students, and adult learners of all ages. Whether you are preparing for auditions, pursuing academic vocal studies, or just singing for personal enjoyment, I aim to tailor your lesson experience to best suit your goals.
In lessons, my goal is to provide each student with a strong technical foundation that supports long-term growth and empowers them to pursue their own artistic goals. In addition to technique, we will explore musical expression, stage presence, and build confidence in performing. I take pride in creating a supportive environment where students feel safe to take risks, experiment, and learn to enjoy the process leading to performance.
Alongside vocal training, I am able to assist my students in audition preparation, repertoire development, basic music theory concepts, sight-singing, and acting techniques for roles or through song. With the right tools and guidance, I believe any singer has the potential to unlock their best voice and find fulfillment through music. I consider it a pleasure and privilege to support each student on their unique musical journey, and I look forward to helping you grow as an artist!
